Update run.sh

- Changed configuration to install "nala" first and then use it to install the packages (making use of the history function).

- Added tmux, btop and neofetch*

- Added aliases for easy tmux access and custom update/upgrade/install commands.

* I might replace neofetch with something else but for the moment it's also available in my repo.
